Strategic Plans
Having a plan or road map to guide the activities of a group is critical to achieving successful outcomes. That is exactly what the strategic planning process does, it provides that pathway to success by identifying organization goals. Both the MDA and the ADA have strategic plans in place for one purpose and that is working to help our members be successful in all areas of the profession.
